Poster Session Guidelines – International Conference on AI Systems and Sustainable Technologies (March 28-29, 2025)
The poster presentation provides a platform to showcase innovative research in eight key tracks, including AI/ML for sustainable development, computational biology in healthcare, AI system security, AI-driven multimedia, human-centered AI, management practices in AI-driven industries, ethical implications of AI, and sustainable technologies for a greener future.

Poster Requirements:
Size of the poster should be A1/A2 depending upon the need, legible from a distance of 4 feet, and displayed on stands provided by the organizers. The poster should align with one of the specified tracks of the conference.

Eligibility and Submission:
Presenters must be registered conference participants. Submissions should highlight the objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions of the research, written in clear and accessible language. Submit posters in PDF or JPEG format by the specified deadline.

Design Guidelines:
Posters must include clear sections such as Title, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References. Use a professional layout with fonts of at least 72 pt for titles, 48 pt for section headings, and 24 pt for body text. Include high-quality visuals with proper labeling and maintain a clean, colorblind-friendly design.

Presentation Details:
Posters must be set up 30 minutes before the session. At least one author should be present to interact with attendees and answer questions. Each session includes a 10-minute presentation and a 5-minute Q&A.

Awards and Recognition :
Outstanding posters will receive prizes and certificates. Selected posters will be featured on the conference website and the university’s social media platforms for greater visibility, with special recognition for winning entries.

Evaluation Criteria :
Posters will be judged based on alignment with the track, clarity, originality, visual appeal, and the presenter’s ability to engage the audience.
